Life has a way of throwing us a curve ball every now and again which isn’t always easy to manage alone. This may lead to you feeling alone, vulnerable, anxious, depressed, angry or overwhelmed with a combination of those feelings.
I can help you explore any difficulties you may be experiencing in order to empower you to make the necessary changes to live a more fulfilling life. In addition to counselling and psychotherapy sessions I also offer a therapy specifically for PTSD sufferers.
Talking with an impartial professional outside of your network can be a transformative experience however, finding a therapist you can trust with your inner most world can be a daunting task.
Every therapist will work slightly differently and finding someone who ‘fits’ for you is a very important aspect of your therapeutic journey. I believe that the relationship built between therapist and client is of huge significance to the value of counselling, often more so than the theoretical models used by the therapist.
